Saket, Malviya Nagar, Chhatarpur and Badarpur take a little longer depending on traffic on the Mehrauli–Badarpur Road. Is there any charge for fitting the battery?
No. Installation is free whether you come to the counter at Basist Complex or we come to your car. There is no fitting fee, no visiting charge and no minimum order value.
How do I know which Amaron battery my car needs?
Send us a photo of the label on your existing battery over WhatsApp, along with your car model and fuel type. The label carries the Ah rating and the terminal layout, which is all we need to confirm the exact Amaron equivalent and the price before dispatch.
What is my old battery worth?
Exchange value depends on the weight and condition of the old unit, so we weigh it on a calibrated scale in front of you rather than quoting a flat number over the phone. The amount comes straight off the bill, and we accept any brand of old battery.
What warranty comes with an Amaron car battery?
Depending on the range, Amaron car batteries carry 24 to 60 months of free replacement plus a pro-rata period. The warranty card is filled in front of you with the serial number, purchase date and your registration number, so a claim later is straightforward.
My car struggles to start but the battery is fairly new. Should I replace it?
Not necessarily. A slipping alternator belt, a corroded earth strap or a parasitic drain will all imitate a dead battery. Our free digital test reports state of health and cranking amps, and we check charging voltage at idle and under load, so you only buy a battery when the battery is actually the problem.
Do you stock batteries for start-stop cars?
Yes. We carry Amaron Shield AGM and EFB batteries for start-stop and brake-regeneration systems, and we perform the battery registration or BMS reset that these cars require after a swap. Fitting a standard flooded battery to a start-stop car shortens its life considerably.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI, and credit or debit cards — at the counter or at your gate. A GST invoice is issued on request for company and fleet vehicles.
